JAC FAMILY WAGYU FARMS


Farming has been in our family's DNA for over a century. We began as traditional farmers, and in 2002, we ventured into the Wagyu industry with Jac Wagyu.

Our fourth-generation farm, managed by Jason and Ann Lewis alongside Jason’s parents, John and Lynne, seamlessly integrates various interconnected elements. Our profound farming heritage and vertically integrated approach distinguish us from other producers. We are committed to excellence at every stage, continuously improving our farm, and producing exceptional Wagyu beef.

Our operation is entirely in-house and family-owned from calving, growing, and finishing onsite to minimize stress for our cattle. This meticulous attention to care and unique holistic approach is the foundation of our premium wagyu.

Jac Wagyu Family Farms has solidified its prestige in the industry by providing top-tier genetics and semen to the best Wagyu brands across Australia, utilizing 2 of 3 three top Japanese Fullblood Wagyu bloodlines in the country.

Our famed M45 Fullblood Wagyu Sire, was recently selected by some of Australia's elite Wagyu programs, affirming our steadfast commitment to excellence. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing our herd, strategically crossbreeding certified Angus cattle with our prized Fullblood bulls to produce a range from F1 to F4 Purebred Wagyu.

The key to outstanding taste? Cultivate your feed in-house. Our cattle roam on lush, natural pastures, feeding on sweet grasses that enhance their health and deeply enrich the beef’s robust flavor, paired with a subtly sweet notes adored by the best chefs worldwide.

In our Clevecourt Feedlot, we meticulously grow our hay and grains to ensure a steady and nourishing diet for our animals. This intentional farming method produces steaks with a flawlessly harmonious, velvety texture, delivering an unmatched dining sensation.
