Shinshu Premium Wagyu

Shinshu Premium Wagyu is located in Nagano Prefecture is a unique and rare farm operation. The farm sits atop a hill that overlooks a rice field that has been farmed for generations.

Until 50 years ago, each farmer with a rice field owned cattle that helped plow the field. Livestock production flourished in Nagano along with the strengthening of the overall economy which led to raising the cattle for culinary purposes.
